She's had huge hits over the last 12 months featuring on songs by Clean Bandit and Route 94.
Now woman-of-the-moment Jess Glynne is to release her debut solo album in the coming months, and has made her new single 'Hold My Hand' available to stream.
She's also up for two BRIT Awards next month - two for Best British Single ('Rather Be' with the aforementioned Clean Bandit, and 'My Love' with Route 94) and Best British Video.
