The first single taken from U2's forthcoming 'Songs of Experience' album has been unveiled.
As we told you last week, it's called 'You're the Best Thing About Me' and will be released on their 14th studio album, which is rumoured for a December release (TBC).
It follows on from album track 'The Blackout', which was released with an accompanying video last week.
While the cover art of their last album featured drummer Larry Mullen and his son Aaron, their new single's artwork features The Edge's daughter Sian Evans in a photo taken by longtime collaborator Anton Corbijn.
The press release states: "While Songs of Innocence charted the band’s earliest influences and experiences in the late 1970s and early 80s, the new album is a collection of songs in the form of intimate letters to places and people close to the singer’s heart; family, friends, fans, himself."
