Florence Welch has certainly been busy lately.
Recently, the Florence & the Machine frontwoman made two new tracks from the new 'Final Fantasy' game available online, and she has continued dipping her toe into the world of soundtrack work with her new song 'Wish That You Were Here'.
It's taken from the soundtrack of Tim Burton's new film, an adaptation of the book 'Miss Peregrine's Home for Peculiar Children'.
Florence said that she and Burton 'have a similar sensibility', which is what drew her to working with him. "It’s the kind of dark, dark romance of his work—so beautiful and whimsical, but with an element of darkness to it. That’s something that I always try and achieve in my work, too. I knew we would get along really well working together and we did."
