David Bowie's collaboration with Arcade Fire was a rather well-kept secret until word leaked to the Internet over the last 24 hours or so of his involvement with the Canadian band's upcoming fourth album Reflektor.
The James Murphy produced song was intended to make its online debut later today but, as is so often the case nowadays, the song has showed up early to the party and has been leaked online. The electro-tinged song is heavy on synth, with Murphy's fingerprints all over it, but it's Bowie's appearance that interests us the most.
We understand that he dropped into Electric Lady studios, near Washington Square Park in New York, to lend his voice to the mix alongside the band's standard vocalists Win Butler and Regine Chassagne - who sing in English and French.
