Lionel Richie has been confirmed for Glastonbury 2015.
The Sunday afternoon slot, which has grown from a novelty act to become a music legends slot, will see the soul singer performing in front of a sell-out crowd.
Last year's act, Dolly Parton, was a hit with audiences and was the highlight of an otherwise lacklustre Sunday.
Richie, speaking at the announcement, said it will be "a really special moment for me and I can't wait to share it with everyone."
