He tried so hard, and got so faaaar… but in the end, his team lost and he broke his ankle.
Linkin Park frontman Chester Bennington had an unfortunate incident recently where an innocent game of basketball led to the band canceling their US tour after he broke his ankle.
"If I tripped, I would not have broken my ankle," he said. "I probably would have probably just kicked the bottle over, or tripped. I actually was playing basketball and went up for a lay-up and came down on top of the water bottle."
The accident was caught on tape and posted to the nu-metal band's YouTube account.
