Yesterday it was reported that Lil Wayne had been hospitalised after being found unconscious in a Chicago hotel room.

The epileptic rapper had apparently suffered several seizures and his condition was unknown until now.

However, his daughter Reginae Carter has taken to Twitter to reassure fans that the 34-year-old is doing 'fine' and urging them to 'not believe everything you hear'.
