A recent leak of Lady Gaga's new music from her upcoming album ARTPOP appears to have sent the singer into a tailspin.

'Aura', a new Gaga track, made an appearance online earlier this week and has already garnered thousands of online listens. The track appears to be just a demo version of the song, instead of the final mixed and mastered version which you might expect to hear on ARTPOP.

Writing on her LittleMonsters website, Lady Gaga said: "Please take these [links] down as much as possible."

ARTPOP is expected to be released in early November, while 'Applause', the lead single from the record, due to be released on August 19th.
