Oh dear. Looks like Kasabian have got themselves in a smidge of trouble - at least with their London fans.

The rock quartet, who hail from Leicester in the East Midlands, played Glasgow last night on the first date of their arena tour. During the song 'Clouds', an image of a locked door with the phrase 'London is full of c*nts' was projected on the backdrop as they played.

The band later told NME that the image was a production error and shouldn't have happened.

"The production team fucked up," said guitarist Serge Pizzorno. "There were supposed to be photos of mundane objects in that section but instead I turned around in the middle of 'Clouds' and couldn't believe my eyes. We were all shocked and certainly didn't mean to offend anyone."

Kasabian play Dublin's 3Arena on December 8th.
