It sounds like it might be an April Fool's joke, but as far as we can tell, it's legit.
Justin Bieber is reportedly working on his new album with Kanye West and uber-producer Rick Rubin, according to his comments in an interview with USA Today.
The pop star said "I'm finishing up the album now, working with Kanye and Rick. I'm not rushing it, I'll just wait until it's totally done," adding "I don't want to say "it's different," because that's what everyone says. But it is different, it's a grown-up version of Justin and I think people will be shocked."
