Joe Pesci may have had to be coaxed out of acting retirement to star in 'The Irishman', but it seems that he's hit a creative purple patch.
As you may already know, the 76-year-old actor is also fairly handy when it comes to belting out a tune or two and was a lounge singer before he found fame in the movie world. He was even childhood friends with Frankie Valli, and had a hand in the formation of The Four Seasons.
He has previously released two albums in the past - 'Little Joe Sure Can Sing!' in 1968, and Vincent LaGuardia Gambini Sings Just For You’ in 1998. (You may recall that Vincent LaGuardia Gambini was his character in 'My Cousin Vinny'.)
Now, his third album is on the way.
It's called 'Pesci…Still Singing' and is released on November 29th. The tracklist features a number of well-known songs, including 'I'll Be Seeing You' and 'Round Midnight' - but most surprising is the fact that Maroon 5 frontman Adam Levine also sings on two tracks - 'My Cherie Amour' and 'Baby Girl'.

The late jazz singer Jimmy Scott is the only other guest on the album, after the pair recorded 'The Nearness of You' for an album of his several years ago. Hear that song below:
