Two giants of rock music - the legendary Robert Plant of Led Zeppelin and Jack White, formerly of The White Stripes/The Raconteurs/The Dead Weather - joined forces at the weekend at a festival in Argentina. 

Plant joined the Detroit-born White and his band at the Buenos Aires edition of Lollapalooza, which he was also playing, and appeared during White's set for a rendition of Led Zeppelin's 'The Lemon Song'.

It's not the first time that the pair have appeared together; as Rolling Stone reports, Plant contributed to White's set at two festivals in 2014 alone. It is, however, the first time that Plant has sung 'The Lemon Song' live in twenty years.

With another Led Zep reunion looking less and less likely as the years roll on and Jimmy Page becomes increasingly irate about that fact, could it be worth a punt that this pair might strike up a partnership/record an album at some point?
