As we told you yesterday, Christmas FM has returned to the Irish airwaves for one day only today, in order to give people a seasonally-appropriate soundtrack to the biggest snow day we've had in over seven years.
Rather than people feeling aggrieved at having to listen to Christmas tunes on the first day of spring, however, it seems that folks are wholeheartedly embracing the idea, if Twitter is anything to go by.
See for yourself below:
christmas fm on, mince pies ready and bin bags and cardboard ready for sledding 😎

I've tuned in to @christmasfm and I'm happy as clam!
I was too sick over xmas to enjoy the music and it doesn't seem remotely incongruous to hear "Let it Snow" right now

I’m out for a walk in the snow, listening to @christmasfm - this is my personal idea of heaven! Ready to decorate the tree now and wrap the presents.
