The acts being inducted into the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame next year have been revealed.
Bon Jovi and Dire Straits are among them, alongside the likes of The Moody Blues and The Cars. Nina Simone will also be inducted at the April 14th ceremony in Cleveland, Ohio. Gospel pioneer Sister Rosetta Tharpe will receive the 'Early Influencer' award.
To be eligible for nomination, 25 years must have passed between a band or act's first release and their induction.
Other nominees who didn't make the cut this year included Radiohead, Rage Against the Machine, Kate Bush and Depeche Mode.
