Though they may be best know for the gruesome if liberating on-stage antics of frontwoman Beth Ditto, but the Gossip also have a knack for making kick ass punk rock tunes, and there's more of it on the way.

Produced by Rick Rubin, who has previously collaborated with the likes of Johnny Cash and The Beastie Boys, the follow up to 2006's hit "Standing in the way of Control", entitled "Music For Men," will be released on June 22nd.

Ditto told NME.com that despite its name, "Music For Men" is actually quite a romantic album. "There's a s**t-load of love songs in there...Writing down the tracklisting, we had about 14 songs and seven had the world 'love' in the title. I had no idea I was so romantic."

The album's lead single will be 'Heavy Cross,' released on June 15.
