The American Music Awards were in full swing last night, with performances coming from the like of Cardi B and Taylor Swift. However, it was Gladys Knight's tribute to her friend Aretha Franklin that is most memorable, and fans have been sharing their feelings on her performance.
Gladys Knight took to the stage last night to perform a moving rendition of 'Amazing Grace' in honour of her longtime friend, Aretha Franklin. Franklin passed away in August following a battle with pancreatic cancer. Knight was joined on stage by jazz singer Ledisi, gospel singer Donnie McClurkin, and gospel duo Mary Mary, who each sang an Aretha Franklin song.
