Having just been added to the bill for Sligo's Temple House Festival, today Ash have also announced an intimate and enormously reasonably priced date at Whelan's. Taking place on Monday June 6th, tickets are just €19.50 and will no doubt be in high demand when they go on sale this Thursday April 21st at 9am.

Jamie Lawson has rescheduled his upcoming May 5th show at Vicar St for the later date on May 28th. Original tickets remain valid for the new dates, new tickets are priced €18 and refunds are available from point of purchase.

With a Dublin date already lined up for Tripod on May 15th, Warpaint have just announced that they will also make their way to Galway and Belfast in August. The LA four-piece will play Spring and Airbrake on August 24th (£14) as well as headlining Strange Brew at the Roisin Dubh on August 25th. Internet sensation Gabrielle Aplin will make her Irish debut at the Ruby Sessions in Doyle's, Dublin, on Tuesday May 17th. The 18 year old will play in support of her upcoming new EP 'Never Fade', which is being release on Monday May 9th exclusively via iTunes. Admission is €6 on the door and all proceeds go to the Dublin Simon Community.
