Public Enemy vocalist and, ahem, timekeeper Flavor Flav has got himself into a little bit of trouble. Flav, real name William Jonathan Drayton Jr., is facing felony assault and domestic battery charges stemming from an incident in which he allegedly threw his fiancé to the ground while wielding a knife and subsequently threatening to kill her 17-year-old son. Yep, that'll do it.
Flavor Flav has been cultivating a more fan-friendly in recent years, appearing on numerous reality TV series', talk shows and even opened a number of soul food restaurants but the rapper has a deep criminal history, which includes two stints in jail in the early 90s for assault and firearm offenses.
Flav was released on bail from a Las Vegas jail and is due in court next week.
