The start of every year is always brimming with peoples' 'hot tips'; who's going to be big in 2015? Who's going to sign a major deal? Who's going to pull a Hozier and conquer the world on a whim?

Well, luckily, Dublin venue Whelan's has made the process a lot easier with their fifth annual Ones to Watch festival, which gives a platform to up-and-coming Irish acts with something to say.

If you want to check out the burgeoning talent on the Irish music scene, with over 60 bands playing across four stages in Whelan's and next door in the Opium Rooms. It'll take place tomorrow (Thursday 8th) to Sunday (11th), and tickets are €5 per day or €10 for the whole festival, which includes a free drink with your ticket.
