Filter frontman Richard Patrick is the former best mate of Nine Inch Nails' Trent Reznor and it shows. Filled with dark, throbbing, power chord, metal nonsense masquerading as techno-rock, Welcome To The Fold is just another sub-standard Ministry pastiche. Don't encourage them by buying into this nonsense.
