It's officially the time of the year where we look back on the last 12 months and digest our cultural consumption in all its forms.
If you're a Spotify user, you'll be happy to know that all the heavy lifting has been done for you, and all you have to do is click a button to get a report on your listening habits for 2020.
Spotify Wrapped breaks down your most-listened to songs, artists and genres, and gives you other interesting stats, too - for example, if you were one of the first listeners of a song that later went on to generate huge plays. Manna from Heaven for musos, in other words.
Of course, globally, acts like Bad Bunny and The Weeknd have also been doing good numbers, as was revealed on Tuesday.
One interesting change in many peoples' listening habits has seen a shift from songs to meditation music, or some anxiety-soothing soundtrack making it into their Top 10s. It's been that kind of year, after all.
See some of them below - and you can get your own Wrapped stats by simply heading to this link and logging into your Spotify account. If you're using the Spotify app on your phone, go to 'search' and find 'Wrapped 2020'. You'll also have a ready-made playlist of your favourites from the year.
My whole Spotify wrapped was guided sleep meditations this year, and that’s on a big schedule change and conditioning my body 😂

My Spotify wrapped this year is literally just going to be meditation music and @phoebe_bridgers and I think that tells you all you need to know about me

My biggest podcast listen of 2020 was ambient rain noises to help me sleep.
