First there was Jon Bon Jovi, now it's time for Marshall. For the second time this summer Lord Henry Mountcharles will open his gates to several thousand revellers for Slane: The Sequel on Saturday.
Mountcharles is anticipating an international atmosphere at Slane Castle, revealing that VIP tickets have been sold to fans travelling from America, Gibraltar, Italy, France, the UK, Scandinavian countries and India.
"Eminem clearly has massive appeal", the Examiner quoted Mountcharles as saying. "I am really looking forward to tomorrow's show."
Security measures are set to be very tight. Every attendee will be subject to three separate metal detectors, with special search tents also on hand if necessary. You will not be permitted to bring any alcohol inside and anything that could be used as a weapon, including umbrellas, will be confiscated - which may be a nuisance given that rain is forecast by www.met.ie.
