Elton John fans who were disappointed by the late cancellation of his O2 show on October 30th will now be even more disappointed to learn that it will not be rescheduled as previously thought.
The official line goes like this, 'Sadly, due to venue availability across the five shows including The O2 in Dublin and the logistics of the Red Piano show, it has not been possible to re-schedule the Dublin concert or the UK dates. Therefore the Dublin show is cancelled. '
Elton is now completing his remaining 2009 touring commitments in the US. He is also working on material for his new studio album which he is set to record in California.
