Elton John brings his 'Farewell Yellow Brick Road' tour to Cork this Friday, July 1st.

CAN I STILL BUY TICKETS?
Yes, at time of writing there are tickets available via Ticketmaster, ranging from €96 plus fees to €181 plus fees. There is both a standing and a seated area available on the pitch.
WHERE IS IT ON?
It's on at the Páirc Uí Chaoimh stadium in Cork, which has a capacity of around 35,000 for a concert.
HOW DO I GET THERE?
Páirc Uí Chaoimh is conveniently located just 5 minutes' drive from Cork city centre, 10 minutes' drive from Cork airport and 5 minutes' drive from both Cork bus and train stations. Commuter services from Midleton and Little Island are handy for those travelling via rail.
If you're walking, it's about 35 minutes from Kent Station, 35 minutes from Patrick's Street or 30 minutes from the bus station on Parnell Place.
The 214 and 210 local bus routes also serve the stadium.
In addition to regular bus services, Bus Eireann will operate an enhanced Route 202, with a direct bus from Lapp’s Quay to Monahan Road adjacent to Páirc Uí Chaoimh every 10 minutes from 17:00hrs to 20:30hrs.
IS CAR PARKING AVAILABLE?
There is no parking available at the stadium or on the residential streets around it. The nearest car parks are Q-Park Carroll's Quay, Q-Park City Hall, Q-Park Grand Parade, Q-Park St Finbarr's and Paul Street Car Park. Please remember to check the opening and closing times with your chosen car-park to avoid the risk of your vehicle getting locked in.
WHAT TIME DO GATES OPEN?
Gates open at 6pm. Early queuing is not permitted in the residential streets around the stadium.
WHAT ABOUT STAGE TIMES?
There is no support and Elton John will be on stage at 8pm sharp.
WHAT'S THE WEATHER GOING TO BE LIKE?
According to Yr.no, tomorrow afternoon is set to be somewhat showery, but showers are due to clear around 7pm just in time for the concert - and an evening of sunshine and clouds. Temps will be around 15c.
