Ed Sheeran is officially off the market people.

The 'Shape of You' singer confirmed the news in a video interview with Charlamagne The God. It's a big day for Sheeran as the songwriter also dropped his new album, 'No.6 Collaborations Project', this morning.

The lucky girl is longtime love Cherry Seaborn.

Sheeran told Charlamagne Tha God he tied the knot when he asked about his personal lyrics on the single "Remember the Name," featuring Eminem and 50 Cent.

“It was actually before me and Cherry got married and I knew that we’d be married by the point that the song came out,” he said. “[I thought] Someone’s gonna hear that and be like, ‘Oh, they’re married!’ I didn’t know how that would be construed, but obviously it’s already come out.”

Rumours that the singer and now actor (see 'Yesterday') had wed first emerged last February. He was snapped wearing a band on his ring finger while performing at Indigo at the O2 as part of 2018s War Child BRITs Week.

He and Seaborn started dating in 2015. However they go way back, having first met each other in school.

Reportedly, they tied the knot in December at their home in Suffolk, England. Forty friends and family members attended.
