Ticketmaster have released a statement to inform the 400,000 of you who bought tickets to see Garth Brooks exactly how you should go about getting your money back.
The refunds will be available from next Tuesday 15th July and all money, including your service charges, will be returned to you in full
If you booked your ticket over the phone, online or on mobile no action from you is necessary. A full refund will automatically return to your card but might take somewhere between 7-10 days to process, meaning you should have the money in back in your account no later than Friday 25th of July - the date the first GB concert was scheduled for.
If you picked yours up from a Ticketmaster ticket centre you can get a refund form at ticketmaster.com/gbrefunds. Complete the form there, send them your ticket and you're good to go. You can also expedite this process slightly by going to the ticket centre in question and completing the forms there, anytime from July 15th onwards.
Mr Keith English, Managing Director, Ticketmaster Ireland, said: "We understand the disappointment of Garth Brooks fans. Having reviewed the huge task at hand, we believe the process we have outlined is the simplest and most efficient for fans. The scale of this operation is unprecedented and therefore we would ask customers to continue to be patient."
