The real reason for Chance the Rapper's cancellation of his Dublin and Manchester gigs at the 11th hour may be becoming clearer.
The rapper cited the reason for pulling the gigs - tonight and Friday at Dublin's Helix and Saturday in Manchester - as being for 'personal reasons', but comments that he made while in the BBC Radio 1 Live Lounge may give a clearer picture.
He spoke about West's hospitalisation while performing their collaboration 'All We Got', saying "I want to extend a very special prayer to my big brother, Kanye West. I know there's a lot of weird folks out there but you already know that I'm a hundred grand. I want to just extend this prayer and this love from all the way in Britain. We might come back early to see this man. Happy Thanksgiving."
So there y'go, Dublin fans... make of that what you will.
