Mercury Prize winning Young Fathers, Delorentos and All We Were have also been confirmed for the evening to take place on 12th, 13th and 14th December.

Other Voices returns to Dingle later this year where, for the 13th straight year, the intimate confines Church of St. James will become the centerpiece of the Irish music scene.

The first four acts announced for this year include the Dingle return of a certain Damien Rice, who's new album 'My Favourite Faded Fantasy' has been received as a stirring return to form after ending his hiatus from music which had stretched to eight years.

Delorentos will also perform this year, with their latest album 'Night Becomes Light' cementing their position among Irish music's heavyweights.

Mercury Prize winners Young Fathers and Liverpool based trio All We Are will also be on hand for the event. Further acts will be announced in the coming weeks.

As has been the case in recent years, Aiden Gillen will again host but will be joined this year by BBC Radio 1's Huw Stephen in front of the camera.

The usual Other Voices activities will return this year, with Jim Carroll's Banter public discussion setting up shop in Foxy John's and the Music Trail and IMRO Other Room providing alternate soundtracks to the weekend.

Tickets, once again, will be free and can be won through various online and media competitions so keep an eye on www.othervoices.ie.
