Anthony Moore, a vocalist best known for his memorable vocals on Daft Punk's 'One More Time', has passed away. The house producer, who went by the stage name 'Romanthony', died at his home in Austin, Texas, on May 7th.
His passing was confirmed by the musician's sister Mellony Moore on a May 9th Facebook post, according to Billboard. The cause of his death has yet to be revealed.
Romanthony's legacy will perhaps be defined by his vocal contributions to the lead single from Daft Punk's 'Discovery' album.
Boys Noize, a friend of Moore's, took to Twitter to express his grief. "It is so sad", he wrote. "Romanthony and me were working on such an amazing song together. He said it was the best song he had ever written."
