The first glut of homegrown acts who will play this year's Meteor Camden Crawl Dublin have been unveiled. The list contains a slew of familiar names and includes some of our island's absolute best live acts, both old and new.
There will be over 150 acts playing various Dublin City Centre venues over the course of the festival - 3rd to 5th May - and entertainment.ie are happy to be back to curate one of the stages, after playing host in The Mercantile during last year's debut festival.
The bands who have been announced today include:

The event will take place across more than 15 of Dublin’s finest venues from Camden Street to Temple Bar. As well as us, these venues will be curated by some of the top innovators in the Irish Music Industry from DJ’s to independent promoters to media moguls such as Whelan’s Live, Hidden Agenda, Strange Brew, Young Hearts Run Free, State Magazine, Mother Club, Ruby Sessions, Dan Hegarty (2fm), entertainment.ie, Sweet Oblivion, Nialler9, Totally Dublin, Paul McLoone (Today FM) and Claire Beck (Phantom FM) to mention but a few.
The Crawl will continue to feature its one pass system, making it accessible and affordable for all music fans to discover the cream of the crop of emerging talent in 2013. Tickets for the Meteor Camden Crawl Dublin will be available as a weekend pass or standard day pass: €55.00 Weekend /1 Day €35 (excluding booking fee).
