Britney Spears has been in the headlines again this week following the publication of an excerpt from her forthcoming memoir 'The Woman in Me'.
The excerpt, published in People magazine, revealed that she had had an abortion while in a relationship with Justin Timberlake, at his insistence. TMZ have also reported that the memoir discloses that Timberlake cheated on Spears during their relationship with another celebrity.
Many have speculated that Spears' song 'Everytime' was written about that experience, but fans have also expressed concern for the pop icon after she posted a video of herself dancing with knives.
It's not the first time that she has danced with knives - which she insisted were fake - but given the week that she's had, it's a concerning development. One fan wrote on X: "She is obviously not doing good with all this change."
It's been a difficult few months for Spears after her marriage to Sam Asghari broke down after just over a year.
Her memoir, meanwhile - the audiobook of which will be read by actress Michelle Williams - will be published next week, October 24th.
