According to reports, the singer is set for a "lucrative" residency in Las Vegas in the near future.
Adele is set to join the ranks of Britney Spears, Elton John and Celine Dion if her Las Vegas deal is struck. According to reports, the Tottenham singer will pick up a residency at Sin City once restrictions begin to ease in the US.
The Mail on Sunday reports that should the deal go ahead, the chart-topping performer will commute from her home in LA via private jet, which will take around 40 minutes door to door (which is faster than some of our journeys to work in the mornings).
A source said: "Adele has very recently been talking to musicians that she has worked with before to gauge their availability, to see whether they could be in Vegas for the gigs.
"It is all very exciting. It would make her a lot of money but it would also mean she could have a routine. It would be hugely lucrative for her but also really fun.
"She loves performing live and there would be no shortage of people travelling to see her once the COVID restrictions are dropped."
The news of Adele taking up a Las Vegas residency could confirm the rumours we've all been waiting for: that her fourth studio album is about to be released. It's now been six years since the singer's third record '25' was unleashed, and fans have been impatiently waiting on her follow-up ever since.
Her most recent public appearance was late last year on 'Saturday Night Live' where she took up hosting duties. At the time, she told viewers that her next album wasn't yet finished, adding "Peace out ’til next year".
