It's been almost seven years since Adele made her first appearance on 'Carpool Karaoke', so she's well overdue a revisit.
In fact, the London-born superstar has been revealed as the final guest on the segment before James Corden bows out of his Late Night show.
The Daily Mail obtained images of the pair filming together in Los Angeles on Tuesday, with Adele in the driving seat.
There is also speculation that she will use the appearance to tease a new album, with rumours abounding that she has secretly recorded a follow-up to '30' - which was released in 2021 - and plans to release it soon.
The Sun quotes an insider as saying "Some of 30 was actually recorded before the pandemic hit, so Adele was sat on the record for ages during lockdown.
“Since then her life has totally transformed. She has gone from rock bottom to being madly in love and wants the world to know it. Her music reflects that and the next album will be her most optimistic ever. She won’t be the queen of heartbreak ballads for much longer."
Adele has been in a relationship with sports agent Rich Paul since mid-2021.
Corden's last 'Late Late Show' episode will air on April 27th - so expect to see Adele's appearance then, if not before.
