The music world is full of strange overlaps, collaborations and meetings - but it's safe to say that Adele and Kendrick Lamar have little in common, at face value.
However, this strange story has tied the two artists together for the most unlikely reason.
A man by the name of Justin Jackson, along with his wife Angel Lii, have been arrested in the States for posing as Adele's manager Jonathan Dickins. His plot was uncovered after he attempted to score free tickets to see Kendrick Lamar at the recent Rolling Loud Festival - but it has since been revealed that he has also posed as her manager in order to get tickets to other concerts, including Drake, Katy Perry, Rihanna and Chris Brown.
It seems that suspicions were raised last year, when reps from some of the aforementioned artists flagged their concerns with the real Dickins, who then notified police.
The wily pair were finally caught when Kendrick Lamar's label Interscope Records notified police of their most recent request, and a detective posed as a production manager who arranged for them to pick up their tickets and promptly snagged them for grand theft and identity theft.
