The B.A.R.E. in the Woods festival returns for a third year this summer, and they've already lined up a big name in old-skool hip-hop as their headline act.

Let's just say that RAP fans will be DELIGHTed.

No?

Alright then - it's The Sugarhill Gang, the hip-hop band that formed in New Jersey in 1973, had their biggest hit 'Rapper's Delight' in 1979 and continued success into the 1980s and beyond.

They'll be joined by the likes of Natty Wailer, The Pale, Fox Jaw, August Wells, Dah Jevu, Pretty Beast, Slow Motion Heroes, Everything Shook, My Tribe Your Tribe, Suan and Cua at Garryhinch Woods, Portarlington, Co. Laois on June 11th.

Tickets are €40 or €50 with camping, and on sale via bare.ie now.
