If the rumours are true, it looks like summer 2019 is shaping up to be a rock music fan's dream.
With The Cure, Metallica, Tears for Fears, and Elton John all lined up to play in Ireland, it'd be rude not to include Bon Jovi in the 2019 lineup too. However, since there's been no official word yet on a concert actually being confirmed, we can only speculate for now. According to DublinLive, Jon Bon Jovi is set to rock Croke Park for one glorious night next summer. Bon Jovi haven't been back to Ireland since 2013, when they headlined Slane Castle.
A source has said "Bon Jovi and Westlife are both booked in for dates in Croke Park. I would imagine an announcement regarding the Bon Jovi concert will be made over the coming weeks.
"They have a big touring show and Croke Park will be the perfect fit for them. Bands like the Stones and JBJ love the size of Croke Park because it means they don’t have to scale down their shows and can still play to a large audience."
Well hopefully we'll get an official announcement about Croke park soon, because we can't keep 'Living on a Prayer' (sorry, not sorry):
