Richard Morrill is taking a case against Williams and Gwen Stefani, as he alleges that their 2014 collaboration 'Spark the Fire' infringes his own 1996 song 'Who's Got My Lightah'.
Morill fronted a band called L.A.P.D., who later went on to become Korn. He claims that the chorus of Williams and Stefani's song bears similarities to his own track, which he says he gave a copy of to Stefani in the late 1990s, and is seeking "all gains and profits that they have enjoyed" with the song.
