Aww, we can always rely on Niall Horan to lift our spirits.
Yesterday the singer participated in Jimmy Fallon's 'At Home Edition' of 'The Tonight Show'. The online episodes offer fresh content and are geared towards raising money for various charities. The charity of choice for the Niall Horan episode is Meals on Wheels.
Speaking about how he's spending his time at home now, Horan said: "I've sat in this position a lot at the piano. I've got my guitar here, and I've just been sitting, I wrote a couple of tunes. Definitely finding it relatively hard to get motivated when all I can do is sit in my living room.
"But wrote a few tunes, been doing a bit of cooking for myself. I've got really bad knees and I never ran before, and I ran about 15k this week. Just been doing 5k runs in the park on my own every day, just to get out of the house. And apart from that, just general lounging."
All sounds very relatable.
Horan also showed off his golf skills during his chat with Fallon.
Towards the end of the video, he (rather appropriately) performed the single "Dear Patience" from his new album 'Heartbreak Weather'.
Check it out.
