Hayao Miyazaki's animated biopic of Japanese aviation engineer Jiro Horikoshi. Unable to fulfil his dream of becoming a pilot, Horikoshi becomes an innovative designer of aircraft in the 1920s, living through some of the most turbulent times in the country's history.
