The Northerners

An off-kilter, surreal ensemble comedy set in early '60s Holland, 'The Northerners' tracks the goings-on in an unfinished Hinterland subdivision, whose residents include a sexually frustrated butcher, his ultra-Catholic wife and a young Dutchman convinced that he's a Congolese politician.
