Oscar winner Michelle Yeoh reprises her role as Emperor Philippa Georgiou from Star Trek: Discovery in a standalone feature film spin-off from the TV series written by Craig Sweeny. Georgiou is recruited to join a secret division of Starfleet called Section 31, which has a remit to protect the United Federation of Planets and everything it stands for. She joins a ragtag team that includes Alok (Omari Hardwick), Fuzz (Sven Ruygrok) and shape shifter Quasi (Sam Richardson).
