Biopic of American painter Jackson Pollock, who was plagued by insecurity and drink problems until meeting his wife and mentor Lee Krasner. With her support, he produces a ground-breaking series of paintings, but his new-found success fails to bring him peace of mind and old demons soon resurface. Ed Harris stars as the troubled artist, alongside Marcia Gay Harden, who received an Oscar for her performance as Pollock's wife.
