A Pokemon collector, Jirarudan, tries to bring together the three rare birds that are said to release the sea monster Pokemon, Lugia. If he captures it, it would make Jirarudan the most powerful Pokemon trainer on the planet. However, Ash and his friends try to stop him because Lugia's power could destroy the world.
