Manikandan is a great devotee of Lord Ayyappa. He is sincere and honest servant in a hotel. Mr. Dharmaraja wealthy businessman employs Manikandan as a Manager in his office, owing to his good and considerate nature. Dharmaraj's daughter Vennila, a spoilt brat, is against his father's decision. She acts haughty and hates her father as she is under the wrong notion that her father is responsible for her sister's untimely death. In order to inherit her ancestral wealth, she plots to marry Manigandan. Will Manigandan agree to this proposal? What happens when she is introduced to Manigandan's past? What happens thereafter forms the rest of the story.
