Evil has an origin in a prequel to Stephen King's acclaimed 1983 novel, which has inspired two film adaptations. Directed by Lindsey Anderson Beer, Pet Sematary: Bloodlines travels back in time to 1969 to the sleepy Maine community of Ludlow, where sinister secrets are buried deep within the earth. The young Jud Crandall (Jackson White) hopes to leave his hometown in the rearview mirror but a dark family history keeps him tethered to a place ruled by an ancient evil. His childhood friend Timmy Baterman (Jack Mulhern) is the latest victim of this infection and Jud joins forces with other locals to let sleeping dogs lies... forever.
