Six people meet again after thirty years to listen to a radio play they featured in back in 1972. Normal Times explores the present lives of these protagonists. In an essayistic style, the film tells the story of collective memories and Austria's communal spirit of social reform in the 1970s. Normal Times is a film about utopian ideas, some of which got lost and some of which were realized. It is the story of six young workers who started a journey in the Seventies' but where to exactly?
