Director Tony Buba returns to Braddock, Pennsylvania in this documentary of a dying steel-mill town. With offbeat humor and journalistic flair, he interviews striking steel workers -- who blast their bosses for closing the mill -- and a number-running schemer who claims to have made Buba's career.
