Kalicharan

Prabhakar, a former honest and fearless cop is reinstated by the IG P.N. Khanna in the city to put an end to growing criminal activities. As Prabkhar takes charge he deals with the crime with an iron fist and his investigation leads him to Din Dayal a supposedly honest and rich man but before he could expose Din Dayal he is killed. Disheartened yet adamant to end crime Khanna uses Kalicharan a fugitive's cold-hearted nature to bring Din Dayal to justice.
