Into the World

Jeanne works as an assistant in a maternity hospital in Marseille. Night and day, Jeanne and her colleagues fight to defend mothers and their babies in the face of understaffing and constant pressure from their management. Jeanne lives with Zoé, her 18 year old daughter, whom she raises alone. When a drama occurs at the maternity hospital and Zoé leaves to study in Paris, Jeanne's secret past suddenly re-emerges and pushes her to assert her life choices.
