Trip (Pasquale Petrolo) is an unconventional and mischievous elf, working at Santa's headquarters at the North Pole. His madcap creations aren't like the other toys and Trip often leaves devastation in his wake rather than joy. Fate conspires to being Trip into the life of a bullied boy called Elia (Federico Ielapi), whose father runs an old-fashioned toy shop on the brink of financial ruin. Trip agrees to help Elia revitalise his father's toys using his technological know-how and the elf and boy discover the value of friendship in the run-up to the busy festive season
